Operational Features
Management Platform
Hogar uses a smart property management platform, integrated across rental platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, & more. The tool also tracks and helps analyze metrics, ensuring our team is always moving in the right direction.
Guest Filtering
Before accepting a reservation, Hogar is able to conduct checks on the potential tenants. If desired, tenants must provide a government issued photo ID, a picture of themselves, and a reason for the reservation before we confirm their stay.
Property Access
Hogar is able to decide who has access to your property at any time. We can generate property access codes whenever necessary, remotely activating and deactivating each code when a reservation begins and ends.
Additional Security Measures
We care deeply about your property's well being, that's why we don't mess around when it comes to security. We use a front door security camera and, if necessary, an indoor noise monitor to have eyes on the property at all times. Additionally, we are covered by short term rental insurance to replace stolen or broken items, and larger incidents.
