Hogar was founded in 2024 from a desire to increase the freedom of all people. Our biggest mission in breaking into the industry is to maximize property owners' revenue, earning them the passive income they seek. By holistically taking care of properties we are able to give property owners peace of mind, a deposit in their account each month, and time to spend doing what they truly enjoy.

Javier Marquina
A Miami native, Javier attended Belen Jesuit and went on to graduate cum laude with a degree in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University. In a quest to learn more about and establish his own real estate portfolio, it was clear that management was the perfect angle for someone with little capital and no network or experience at the time. After some time in McKinsey & KPMG, Javier decided to put all his chips into Hogar and its potential. Today, Javier aims to grow partnerships that will give people back their freedom by earning them increasingly passive income. Javier is hugely passionate about travel, SCUBA diving, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu!
